I'm an Agility Coach, consultant, and proud mum of two, passionate about helping people and organisations improve how work gets done, creating high-performing teams, stronger ways of working, and meaningful, lasting change.

Originally from Malaysia and now based in Melbourne, Australia, my journey has been shaped by both professional growth and personal resilience. Over the years, I've worked across universities, government, finance, technology, and business, partnering with people navigating complexity, change, growth, and transformation.

My career has taken me through corporate environments, leadership roles, large-scale initiatives, and technology transformation — but at the centre of everything has always been people.

I believe most people genuinely want to do great work. Sometimes teams become overwhelmed. Processes become too complicated. Priorities compete. Systems slow people down. Work becomes harder than it needs to be. My passion is helping simplify complexity.

I work with organisations, leaders, and teams to improve workflows, strengthen collaboration, remove friction, and create practical ways of working that help people move faster, work smarter, and feel more connected to what they do.

Alongside my corporate career, I've also built and operated businesses within the events industry — giving me a unique perspective on balancing people, process, operations, creativity, and delivery in fast-moving environments.

My journey hasn't been linear, and I think that's shaped who I am today. Like many women balancing career, family, leadership, and life, I've experienced challenges that strengthened my resilience and shaped how I lead. Personal experiences and navigating difficult moments reinforced what matters most to me — people, adaptability, kindness, connection, and purpose.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, operational improvement, high-performing teams, continuous improvement, organisational capability, and AI transformation.

I believe technology and AI should elevate people — not replace them. The future of work isn't simply about introducing new tools. It's about creating better systems, stronger teams, smarter ways of working, and environments where people can do their best work.

Whether I'm working with executives shaping strategy, leaders building capability, or teams wanting to improve day-to-day workflows, my goal stays the same: help people simplify complexity, strengthen how they work, and create sustainable improvement that lasts.

As both a leader and a mother, I value kindness, clarity, accountability, and creating environments where people feel supported to grow. Because meaningful improvement doesn't happen through pressure. It happens when people feel empowered, connected, and equipped with the right systems to succeed.

On AI

Successful transformation isn't about implementing tools — it's about solving meaningful problems.

I work with organisations to explore the questions that matter:

  • 01Where are people spending time on low-value manual work?
  • 02What repetitive processes could be automated?
  • 03How can teams reduce friction and improve flow?
  • 04How do we create trusted, safe, and responsible AI adoption?
  • 05How can AI strengthen decision-making, delivery, and customer experience?
  • 06How do organisations balance innovation, governance, and human-centred design?

I believe AI should not replace people — it should elevate them.
